The operator will also take appropriate preventive and corrective action to prevent the unauthorized access, loss, destruction, tampering or leakage of personal information.

Where the operator outsources all or part of the handling of personal information to a third party, the operator shall conduct a rigorous examination of the third party, and shall provide all necessary and appropriate supervision of the third party to ensure the safe management of the personal information with which it has been entrusted.

5. Disclosure and Correction of Personal Information

The operator will promptly disclose personal information at the request for disclosure from the individual. In such cases, the operator will not disclose in cases where it is not possible to verify the identity of the individual.
If there is an error in the content of personal information and if there is a request from the individual for correction, addition or removal, the operator will respond promptly to such requests after an investigation. In such cases, requests shall not be responded to where it is not possible to verify the identity of the individual.
